The millennium practice
Mindfulness is a term used by psychology to describe a state of conscious and deliberate attitude to the present moment through techniques and different exercises based on concentration with the breath..
Originally this term was adopted by psychology from a religious angle, as these practices are fully participatory in the religion of Buddhism, whose main objective is to reach the state of enlightenment through meditation, concentration and deep breathing.
Some Mindfulness Excercises
1. Thought Buses
The main objective of this exercise is for the participant to identify the thoughts that are stored in the mind. The person has to close the eyes and imagine that is waiting at a bus stop, each one of these is a thought, if the thought bus contains negative energies or is related to something negative, simply let it go. On the other hand, if you see a bus arriving at the station that contains thoughts that transmit positivism or positive energies, get on it, and continue the exercise for 5 to 10 minutes, or even longer, if you consider it. You can use relaxing, concentration music or you can be in complete silence, this depending on your best way to concentrate.
